The Old Falls to Make Way for the New

It seems as if we are in the midst of a recovering economy. One of the better indicators of a uptick in economic well-being is in the housing market, which as seen some increased growth in the past year or so. In my own neighborhood, for example, I’ve seen a number of houses razed to make way for infilled, and largely out of place, new houses.

I came across a house in such a situation. In the midst of such a situation, in fact. What follows is a look at the half job already done. I hope to document the process as it goes along. And, while it’s not quite a Walking-Dead-Sorta Hotel, it seems to fit the abandoned bill.
